This section is EXCLUSIVELY for buyers who wish to leave independent public feedback for someone they have bought an edged weapon from, be it a specialist dealer or an everyday eBay seller. And for those sellers to respond to the feedback left for them.

This forum section IS NOT to be abused by people who have never bought from a seller, or Trolls out for some kind of revenge / vendetta.

Sellers - A 3rd Party Feedback Page - Do You Dare / Are You Truly Good?
Sellers can actually start the process here themselves. Create a feedback page for their sales / customers. Then ask their customers to leave feedback for them here. Further customers can then add their feedback over time.

Alternatively, a buyer can leave feedback for a seller here without being asked by the seller to do so.

When Starting a Thread
When the first post is made for a particular seller, please make the Title; "Customer Feedback for (Seller's name)"

Polls
It is a good idea when starting a thread on a particular seller to include a poll, asking customers to rate the seller, their product (accuracy of description) and service out of 5.

Negative Feedback
Absolutely, if a seller has let you down, falsely described an item, refused you a due refund, then leave them negative feedback here. All messages are moderated (reviewed first). If a negative comment is left, we will need either a) to have verification / proof from the buyer / poster to prove they are a legitimate customer of the seller, or b) to contact the seller to verify that person bought from them. Buyers; if you leave negative feedback for a seller here (with proof you brought the item from them), PLEASE email that seller and let them know where to find your negative feedback, so they can reply and hopefully a resolution can be found.

Be Fair
Feedback should be fair and constructive. Things said in the heat of the moment are rarely a good thing and are most often regretted later.

Once Left
Feedback can only be changed by agreement between us, the seller and the buyer.
